CIO-SP3 SB
CIO-SP3 Small Business (SB) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). Technology Development Corporation Information Technology Consulting Services
The NYC Technology Development Corporation (TDC) is a new non profit information technology (IT) services company that has been established by the City of New York to provide program management services, business analysis, portfolio management and other IT support services to the City of New York as its exclusive client. TDC maintains a full-time staff to deliver its mission to successfully deliver large, critical, cross-agency IT projects in a timely/cost effective manner and enable the City to used its technological resources to maximize its revenues, services and organizational efficiencies. TDC utilizes this contract for a flexible workforce of qualified contractor IT personnel from which to draw as the TDC (and the size and number of City projects under its governance) grows.
Westchester County DoIT Professional Services
The County of Westchester’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is a multiple vendor environment embracing supporting with multiple operating systems, software and architectures. Their Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for the development, implementation and support of computer systems for all County departments. OIT supplements its IT resources with personnel provided by the contractors. The staff is needed to fulfill various IT consulting assignments ranging from project management to application development to infrastructure support.

The City of New York (City) Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) is the technology services agency for the City. Citywide Information Technology and Telecommunications Consulting Service 3 (ITCS-3) is a program initiated by DoITT that provides qualified and experienced information technology and telecommunications consulting service resources.
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA)

The objectives of the Agency Wide Consulting Contract (AWCC) are to obtain the assistance necessary for DOHMH to promote health, prevent disease, and advance health equity for the people of New York City, and to reduce the number of separate solicitations released during the year. The AWCC contract provides expertise in a wide range of disciplines for short term projects. DOHMH has selected our team to provide consulting services to DOHMH with a wide range of specialized tasks and projects. The personnel will assist DOHMH staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of various projects.
The Transformation Twenty-One Technology Transfer (T4) contract is a program sponsored by Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and managed by Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), Eatontown, NJ.
The T4 contract is established to support the IT and telecommunications requirements of VA on an enterprise-wide basis. The contract can be used by other federal agencies on a selective basis. Under ICT21, FDA’s goals are to provide an Agency-wide computing platform for the 21st century that is
efficient, effective, scalable, flexible, and reliable in meeting the FDA business requirements.
