CIO-SP3 SB

CIO-SP3 Small Business (SB) is a multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) contract managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). The scope of CIO-SP3 SB covers everything ITSM, and allows for streamlined planning, acquisition, and deployment of large-scale IT program requirements.

NY State Office of General Services

The State of New York, Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services Group (PSG), has issued this back-drop contract to PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. (PSI) to provide the following Information Technology Services to the State of New York and its authorized users:

NYCHA Professional Services

The New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA” or “Authority”), created in 1934, is a public benefit corporation chartered under New York State Public Housing Law. The Authority is the largest public housing authority in North America, which develops, constructs, manages and maintains low cost housing for eligible low-income families in the five boroughs of New York City. NYCHA’s objective
under this contract is fulfill, in an efficient and effective manner, their periodic need for Resources across multiple labor categories, and provide them with an efficient and effective method that can be used throughout NYCHA to requisition personnel resources.

Technology Development Corporation Information Technology Consulting Services

The NYC Technology Development Corporation (TDC) is a new non profit information technology (IT) services company that has been established by the City of New York to provide program management services, business analysis, portfolio management and other IT support services to the City of New York as its exclusive client. TDC maintains a full-time staff to deliver its mission to successfully deliver large, critical, cross-agency IT projects in a timely/cost effective manner and enable the City to used its technological resources to maximize its revenues, services and organizational efficiencies. TDC utilizes this contract for a flexible workforce of qualified contractor IT personnel from which to draw as the TDC (and the size and number of City projects under its governance) grows.

Westchester County DoIT Professional Services

The County of Westchester’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is a multiple vendor environment embracing supporting with multiple operating systems, software and architectures. Their Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for the development, implementation and support of computer systems for all County departments. OIT supplements its IT resources with personnel provided by the contractors. The staff is needed to fulfill various IT consulting assignments ranging from project management to application development to infrastructure support.

NY State Office of General Services Hourly-Based Information Technology Services (HBITS)

The State of New York, Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services Group(PSG), has issued this Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) back-drop contract to PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. (PSI) to provide the following Information Technology Services
to the State of New York and its authorized users statewide:

NYC/Citywide Standby Information Technology and Telecommunications Consulting Services (DOITT)

The City of New York (City) Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT) is the technology services agency for the City. Citywide Information Technology and Telecommunications Consulting Service 3 (ITCS-3) is a program initiated by DoITT that provides qualified and experienced information technology and telecommunications consulting service resources.

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA)

Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s (MTA) Metro North Commuter Railroad Company has issued a Task Order contract to PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. (PSI) through the Division of Materiel to seek consultants to provide temporary information technology professional services for various development, operations and maintenance projects. The contract has provision for requesting personnel in numerous information technology Job Titles and Categories (experience level).

In addition to the vehicles listed above, there are various contract vehicles in which PSI is a subcontractor and plays a distinctive role in the team to provide a comprehensive solution to various clients.  Most prominent contract vehicles under this category include:

The objectives of the Agency Wide Consulting Contract (AWCC) are to obtain the assistance necessary for DOHMH to promote health, prevent disease, and advance health equity for the people of New York City, and to reduce the number of separate solicitations released during the year. The AWCC contract provides expertise in a wide range of disciplines for short term projects. DOHMH has selected our team to provide consulting services to DOHMH with a wide range of specialized tasks and projects. The personnel will assist DOHMH staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of various projects.

The Transformation Twenty-One Technology Transfer (T4) contract is a program sponsored by Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and managed by Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), Eatontown, NJ.
The T4 contract is established to support the IT and telecommunications requirements of VA on an enterprise-wide basis. The contract can be used by other federal agencies on a selective basis. The IT and telecommunications requirements of VA are projected to grow and become more complex as working environments demand increased automation capabilities and speed to accomplish their mission. T4 contract allows VA’s service requirements to be rapidly filled as they arise by harnessing the capabilities of high-quality contractor teams at affordable prices. The task orders may be open to all contract holders or may be set aside for small businesses, service disabled veterans-owned entities (SDVOs) or veteranowned entities (VOEs).

The Information and Computing Technologies for the 21st Century (ICT21) contract is sponsored by
Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The objective of the ICT21 contract is to provide the best-of-breed
solutions for an operating infrastructure that supports a diverse set of information support and services.
Under ICT21, FDA’s goals are to provide an Agency-wide computing platform for the 21st century that is
efficient, effective, scalable, flexible, and reliable in meeting the FDA business requirements.

The Enterprise System Life Cycle Management Support (ELMS) contract is sponsored by Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The objective of the ELMS contract provides for the performance of IT support, IT service support and IT support management services for planning, design, development, testing, implementation, operations and maintenance of FDA’s automated systems and business application software that integrate hardware, software, data and communication technologies under a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), performance based contract. The work performed under this contract supports FDA’s Information Technology Governance Framework, a systematic and uniform methodology using Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) for information systems development and the FDA IT initiatives.
