FAIRFAX VA, October 5, 2012 – PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. (PSI) announced that it has signed a contract with Dutchess County, New York, to develop and deploy a Client Tracking and Case Management System in support of their Department of Community and Family Services (DCFS). The system called myFullView provides a toolset that is designed to support the mission of the Department of Social Services (DSS) and act as a front-end for the State’s Office for Temporary and Disability Assistance (OTDA) systems of record. The baseline for Dutchess’ Client Tracking and Case Management System will be customized to enhance the caseworkers’ ability to perform, improve case management, and allow for timely and accurate delivery of service to DSS clients.
According to Charlie Farris, PSI’s Director of Business Development, “myFullView is expected to make a major difference in the way Dutchess County manages its workload for delivering social services to its citizens. It will integrate with other sister systems without much effort and reduce the workload of the case workers. We are very optimistic that this is one of our many prospective victories that we intend to achieve in this space.”
“PSI has been supporting various social services projects n New York State for over 17 years. We are very proud of our work that we have performed in support of New York’s local and state agencies dealing with social issues for the past 17 years. Once again, the cross fusion of our IT experience and subject matter expertise in social services is coming to fruition in capturing this business and deploying a customized solution for Dutchess County,” stated Fred Williams, PSI’s Director of New York Operations.
