FAIRFAX, VA, November 29th, 2011 – PSI INTERNATIONAL, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has been certified by an accredited ISO/IEC 20000-1 registrar and found to be compliant with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 20000-1 standard on a company-wide basis. ISO/IEC 20000 is the first international standard for Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and focuses on ensuring delivered IT services are managed to support business objectives and meet business requirements.
